AFAIK, yum is a command to manage software distributed in RPM packages
in certain so-called "RedHat-based" operating systems.
Is that what you want?

Why are you asking *us* about that? We package a single application,
we do not supply a distribution channel for all other software...
But, there is something called mingw-get, that aims to be similar-ish
to yum and apt-get. IIRC someone was working on Git for Windows
packages for that... Search the mailing list, and you might find it.
