SSH Key generation

Greetings,

I am currently encountering a problem while trying to generate a SSH key. 

I have installed GIT windows installation 1.9.5.mysysgit.1. When trying to generate a SSH, I am prompted to enter a password followed by a confirmation.

After this, I get the following error:

"child process exited abnormally

Could not create directory '/h/.ssh': No such file or directory

open /h/.ssh/id_rsa failed: No such host or network path.

Saving the key failed: /h/.ssh/id_rsa."

Has anyone encountered this problem.

I will appreciate a solution.

Managed to find a solution:

Need to run GIT Bash first:

run:

ssh-keygen -t rsa

after this the key is stored in C:\Users\<Username>\.ssh

Or run Git CMD. The %HOME% variable needs to be set correctly for SSH
programs to run correctly.
