Our Exchange User Group been held on 02-November-08 at Cup N Saucers,
Adyar, Chennai between 10:30am till 12:00pm.


Mission:

Reaching to Microsoft India, through innovative efforts.

Planned group development and way of knowledge sharing on Exchange
Techniques.

16-November-2008 Sunday (Time & Venue will be intimated 5 days
earlier)

Discussion Details: Team Members needs to be post articles on
Exchange Techniques

Action Point: On regular basis – thrice in a week per member.

Responsibility: Every Individual Team Members in our EUG Group.


Efficiency:

Discussion Details: Members need to arrange/plan to achieve higher
standards

Action Point: Advises required from all of our Members

Member Statistics:

Discussion Details: posing welcome notes for new member with their
minimal information on present profile.

Action Point: Regularly updating members statistics

Responsibility: Mr. Aravind



Confidential Information:

Discussion Details: Members should taken care to not disclose their
corporate information while making posts.

Action Point: Regular validation on new posts by Team Managers and
instructing concern member on wrong post.

Responsibility: Team Managers.


Group Base:

Discussion Details: Need existing Team Members input to join more
Exchange specialists into our EUG Group

Action Point: We advise to join minimum of two new members.

Responsibility: Team Members


Group Announcement & Activities:

Discussion Details: stays notify to our group members about new events
& happenings.

Action Point: Announcing new implementations and events going to be
happen in our EUG Group

Responsibility: Mr.Ganesh


General:


Members can get suggestions from any of our group members through
posing their quires.
