Reg :- Exchange server establish – for Testing

 I have one DC with win 2003 and one exchange server 2003 ( Its also act as ADC) ,

 If the Exchange server goes down one day, I need to establish the new exchange server , for that now I installed one server with Exchange 2003. after that what data backup to be restore ( Exchange DB and other things, This is for test server it should be as original  ) pls. explain step by step, if u have any document pls. send through this mail.
