I have been receiving number of queries regarding the format to be used for filing the appeal before the Divisional joint registrar regarding the applications rejected insptie of making all the efforts.

The format is attached herewith. You may circulate to the members who are looking for this format.

The applicant has to affix the court fees of Rs.100/- for any application , you file before the joint registrar and also affix all the evidences.

If you are aware, it is bettter to make all the members of the scrutiny committee as the respondents. If you do not know at least make the DDR and DSA as the party to the respondents as they are the government officials who have not recommended your name for empanelment.

You may say that why such a formalities when the the same is due to the poor service of system and the applicant should suffer. Only person who suffers need to further take necessary legal actions as contempleted in MCS Rules 69 as well as the circular dated 24th April, 2017 which has provided for the remedy before the grievences committee.
