Dear Mr. UdayPrabhu,

Thank you for your immediate response. You are requested to fill up the form of membership. which is free of cost.

Then visit the pre-launch of the Karjat Project in the hands of Local MLA and then spot booking will be made open. In the First phase we have 26 flats in two wings. The inaguaral at the site office will start at 11am on 24th Jan 2015 at AHWOI Hometown Garden, Nearly Railway  Station, Karjat (W). A upcoming area and with stilt, lift and modern amenities.   We are planning to give 25% discount on the cost of the flat after possession to our members with 1% payment of margin money and 19% of the cost of of flat as margin money at 9.60% p.a for two years repayable during the construction period and 80% of the cost of the flat at 9.60% pa. interest for the first three years ( by which time, you will be allowed to sell the flat and realise your investment) and thereafter 15% pa.  This is done to empower every citizen to own the house.

You have to submit all kyc documents , photos, income proof and then once assessed, you will be given membership number and certificate within 7 working days.
