One full day program on cooperative housing societies issues has been arranged in Mumbai , near Mantralya by coop department with help of MSWA and NGO/Federation as under:

Date:  13th Jan,2016

Time:  9.30am  to 5pm 

Complimentary :Breakfast , lunch.tea etc

Inaugurated by Shri. Chandrakant Dalvi, coop commissioner 

TOPICS: 

(1)Active and non active membwr, associate member, transfer of flats and general managent of CHS

(2) Enquiry  under sections 77,78, 79 , 83, 88, appeal/revisions with case studies.

(3) Deemed conveyance-issuws, law and procedure with reference to MOFA, 1963 Mah Housing(Regulation and development) Act 2012 , Development Control Rules etc.

Faculty and Panel: Joint registrar, Districr Deputy Registrar, Dy Registrar and experts in the field.

Registration Fees: Nil

Admussion only to Invitees.

Who can attend: Housing societies office bearers/ advocates, CAs, enquiry officers, auditors / representativws of NGO/ Federatoon who are involved in the functioning of coop hsg societies.

Send your request to  by sms on 9820106766 and since there are only 10 to 12 seats remaining I  shall  compile it and forwarded to DDR-1 mumbai and once confirmed, invitation shall be  messaged to immediately
