Dear All,

A clarification regarding the voting rights and then right to context the election by associate member has been given by the Maharashtra State Co-operative Election Authority.

As per this clarification, even if the associate member is not the owner of the flat or joint owner of the flat with others but his name is appearing second in the share certificate or third in the share certificate, such associate member is entitlted to vote and contest the election to the managing Committee.

Please through your views on the same.
