Awarness Seminar on Proposed New Development Plan and New Development Control Rules 2034 on 20th March, 2015 at 2pm to 6pm at Indian Merchant Chambers, Opp. Churchgate Station,

Dear All,

You may be aware that Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai has published the Draft Development Plan, 2034 and New Development Control Rules, 2034 on 25th Feb, 2015.

The suggestion and objections have been called for a period of 60 days from 25th Feb, 2015 which will be over by 25th April 2015. Our association has decided to conduct at least one awareness program on the same at every ward of MCGM i.e all 24 wards in next one month.

The first such program was done as a round table conference on 13th March,2015 and the entire proceedings of which is uploaded on mswanews channel on youtub.

The first awarness program is being conducted on 20th March, 2015 from 2pm to 6pm at IMC, Churchgate. You are requested to attend the same and interact with the experts. The entry is complimentary.

We also request  you to take the lead and conduct the program at your ward level, we shall bear necessary expenses of hall as well as arranging the required faculties. 

You may be aware, in the new DP and DC, FSI ranging between 3.5 to 8 is proposed for different area. The road widening, new reservation, handing over amenty space , reduction in parking etc has been proposed. 

The redevelopment of the housing societies, SRA, MHADA etc are getting greatly affected. 

Therefore, it is very important to know the same and then create an awareness.
