Further, the title is clear and conveyance is in the name of the developer. The project is approved by HDFC for 80% loan and also Swagat Housing Finance Co Ltd. Further, the commencement is done and plinth is under completion.
We have tie-up with SHFCL - Swagat Housing Finance Co. ltd. & HDFC to grant the housing loan. The project is already approved by HDFC and other Finance companies. We shall launch the booking of the project on 14th February, 2015 and 15th Feb, 2015 at the discounted price of 25% of the price at which the flats would be sold once the possession is received. at the Expo Venue at Bandra.
