Dear All,

Chief Information Commissioner of Maharashtra has ruled that the Cooperative Housing Society of SRA schemes are Public Authority under section 2(h) of Right to Information Act, 2005.

Accordingly, all SRA cooperative Housing societies have been advised to appoint a PIO and also first appellate Authority.
