We freeze for 21 Sept 5 30 to 7 30  PM at Lutyens. ??

Can Puja update the FB accordingly ?

Pankaj has confirmed that he will attend . He may also pay the balance 50 k as promised. There is a fresh commitment from Vikram on FB on behalf of 12 D .

Ashish Gosai will also attend. There we can discuss the issues with him and freeze costs , dates etc.

Agenda-- 

1. Content collection target , response and way fwd -- Led by Vivek

2. YB design , edit status and -- Led by Selina

3. E book -- Yes or NO ?? Led by Selina

4. Donor pass for 21 Dec-- Led by Bharat

5. Cyclathan for 2 Oct -- led by Rohit

6. Summary of contributions committed as of now. Requesting all those who wish to commit , pls do so before the ,meeting . It will help us plan better.

Rohit, pls book the Lutyens hall. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest to agenda owners , if they wish , they may email a detail point on their issues by Friday. This will help the meeting to be smoother and faster.

Yes, we are hopeful by the continuous flow of profiles..... But guess more efforts are still needed, as we are just a few days away from 15 Sept and we are at 35 or so. Hope Vt is putting up on FB the names of people who are not contactable.

Hi Puja, Udayan,

 

The YB edit team is meeting tomorrow morning, after which I'll post a detailed MOM of the last meeting we all had on Saturday and what we're following up on. This, along with the post for essay write-ups, will go up tomorrow by the evening. There are lots of things we need to follow up on - obits, photos-profiles, essays, design - so I'll put everything down in detail and mail it out to all. 

 

One request - can we have our next Lutyens meeting on the 21st? We'll have more to discuss by then, and Gauri/Deepika will be able to join in on that day as well.
