HI Guys, 

Dont hate me for this but I have a point !!!!

Met Nitin Bharagava yesterday and he suggested ZORBA as a location. And it immediately clicked to me, as I had attended an event there last year.

Its a great place ( half open half covered ) , great location ( on MG road ) 3 km form Andheria More,

The place is available for 21 Dec. The qouted rates are Rs 1800 for food and u get your own alcohol........

Given that Barka is a good place and Bharat has good contacts at Barka and can help organise things, I suggest let's just stick to it. There will be no dearth of new venues ... at some point we need to take a decision and close the venue. My two cents ...

Hi guys. Finalisation of venue is on high priority. Some of us ( Jain and ud ) are going to zorba. 4 30 PM today. All who can join are welcome. We plan to meet there see zorba and discuss and freeze the venue ( after considering all other venues and issues) .

in my opinion, zorba is quite far for delhi people - we may have attendance issues with that venue

Sorry guys .Recd the final quote from B bar which is way above our budget. It is near to the one quoted by Oberoi’s. keeping this in mind the price quoted by Oberois seems a good value for money
