Follow ups...

Hey Guys,

I just called Mansi Sood Bhardwaj in the US and spoke with her hubby, Rahul, regarding Mansi's yb profile write up.

I don't remember Mansi but just picked up the phone and called :) Mansi was sleeping (she recently underwent shoulder surgery) so I spoke to Rahul. He seemed quite nice and said that Mansi will try her best to submit the profile by the end of the month. They will most likely not make it to the reunion in Dec.

I will try to make some more of these calls where I see numbers listed but profiles not submitted yet.

I am so glad that Rosen and Kanchan have submitted their profiles. I spoke with Kanchan a couple of days ago and she was so quick to submit her profile and persuade Rosen to do so too :) (quick considering that Kanchan's family member is not at all doing well health wise and she still took the time to do this).

People have so much going on in their lives, but are excited about the reunion and in some cases may not be able to attend given their circumstances.

If you can imagine, I haven't submitted my write-up either as of yet but was so quick to judge others who haven't done so. Only after facing a personal family health crisis with my own Mom (who by God's grace is much better now), did I realize that situations such as these, especially health related, can tear one apart and force one to reflect on life; reflect on people who mean so much to us, without whom our worlds would have a huge void.

Yes yes...I will submit my write up in a couple of days but just wanted to share this with all of you. Sorry if I bored you but just wanted to offer a different perspective to keep the positive spirit going!

I have been in constant touch with Mansi over the last few weeks regarding the profile- almost everyday in fact!
Last she told me yday was she was going to mail d profile to me and had tons of pics from school time
Yes, the shoulder surgery n heavy medication has been troubling her...
But thanks for the 2nd followup.
Also, glad to hear ur mom is doing better!!
Wud be really nice if before contacting anyone we check the names of ppl who noone has been able to contact or who r not responding!! Wud save a lot of duplication of effort - the same effort can be put into new profiles!
I believe such a list is in existence!!

My list of pending names is -
1 abhishek lal- replied only once to the several mails, but gave no commitment if n when he is filling in profile
2 radha dayal- after initial assurance to fill in asap - she has vanished. The no. I have is no longer hers.
3 Mansi B- as above
4 Ravi Pai- lot of mails to him, only an assurance from him to do - no output. Jain following up
5 Samir Saran- is writing........
6 Sandeep Arora - no reply to any mail (fb). Don't have alt email I'd
7 Suneeta Krish- replied after ages, assured to fill in asap - then vanished.
8. Navinder Soin- doing today
9 Birinder - finally got his no, spoke to him, he's calling me back
10. Sonish Wahi - sent me profile by mail. Have asked him to fill in template
11. Anju Kumar- no reply to any mail (fb). Don't have alt email I'd though have seen her post/comment on fb on msvv page
12 Ritika Khosla- found on fb, no reply to any mail (fb). Don't have alt email I'd. Trying to get ph no
13. Deepti Madan - found on fb, no reply to any mail (fb). Don't have alt email I'd. Trying to get ph no

I spoke to Juhi yesterday and she mentioned about Mansi Sood and following up with her.

I had no idea that you had contacted Mansi already....thanks for your updated list!
