Hi Guys,

Too much work and talk of MSVV 1989 celebrations. Hope we do a great job.

Just curious to know about some courses which seemed to have come up  in last few years. Eligible for about 15 years of work ex and for senior/ top management. These are courses which you can do while working. In every 5 weeks there is a 9 day ( one week ) session held at campus and then work / case study given to work at home.

Seems ISB in India is frontrunner for these courses and MIT and Harvard are also running similar stuff in US.

Any ideas on this and what kind of value add can this get to our MID life careers ?

Some gyan from me - I find a lot of these courses contribute to helping brand your resume, more than teaching any usable real life skill. If you want a brand, go ahead (it helps); if you want learning, do it on the job by making some components of your everyday work more complex, working with people who know more than you, or taking specific hard/soft skill training.
