As you all know that 21 Dec 2013 , Saturday is the date finalised for our grand party. The venue is going to be Kylin , the lounge, at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj. New Delhi.

All are requested to block their dates and make any travel arrangements that they need to.
Expecting this event to be a grand success and hoping to see ALL of the batch of 89 .


Ideas and volunteers are welcome to make this a big event !

Content collection --

Some offline discussion yesterday -- lets allocate 4 people to a section. They will be responsible for content collection. This effort may be headed by one of us in OC -- VT ??

These names to be decided after volunteers we get in the meeting tomorrow. 

I suggest the following names ( section wise who will head the content collection ), They will make teams of 4 each and get going --

Thanks Udayan. Here's my feedback on the various points on this mail thread:

• Financials - We seem all covered on this. I will now go ahead and confirm with the designer (owner: Udayan)
• Assign owners for content - I agree that we need one lead and four people per section. Vivek is def a good choice! I'll call you tomorrow, and we can discuss how to nail this (owner: Vivek - pending confirmation from him)
  
• Reaching out to people not on FB - Udayan has taken the lead here by creating the emailers. He will take the lead to ensure that the OC sends the mailer out to their contacts (owner: Udayan)
  
• Collect old batch pics - Owner pending - Deepika, would you be able to help with this?
• Emailers on Kylin and YB - Udayan - went through both the mailers you have written. They look great. When do you plan to send them out? (owner: Udayan)
