Bank Negara raises interest rate...

for the 3rd time in 5 months this year!

BLR has increased from 5.55% (since March) to 6.30%!!!

Is this the END of rates hikes?

Apparently not by RHB Research as attached…

they expect that Central Bank will raise the rates again early part of 2011 by another total of 50-75 basis points!

How will this impact you???

Facts To Ponder

Do you know realize:-

-An increase by 0.50% can extend your loan by 5 1/2 years

(Extra RM114,771 instalments) *

-An increase of 1% can increase can extend your loan to 17yrs 10months (Extra RM366,582 instalments)*

* Based on RM300K loan for 30 years with instalment of RM1713 at BLR (BLR from 5.55% to 6.05% &    6.55%)

With so many uncertainties, BLR increase, subsidies cut, rising prices, implementation of Goods Service Tax, increasing inflation, uncertainties in the global market…...

SECURE YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE WITH BLR MANAGEMENT & and enjoy the benefits of the following:-

1)    Financial Stability with BLR Mgmt Methodology Calculation up to 99% accuracy

2)    No need to look for LUMP SUM to reduce the impact of BLR increase Generates cash savings & investment returns with surplus cash.

3)    U are certain of your loan maturity period whenever BLR changes

THANK YOU.

His main focus is in the housing loan whereby you think the loan is finally paid up only to find there
is still a residual amt.left to be paid! Those who take 25 years loan period & have gone thro halfway.
They will benefit from the refinancing.
