ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Members,

Please be reminded that we are leaving Kuala Lumpur for the AGM in
Melaka on Saturday 12 September 2009 in the morning. We are going to
assemble at the KFC outlet around the BHP petrol station located after
the Sungai Besi Toll gate at 07.30 a.m. The cars will start from this
location at 08.00 a.m. Some of the cars that are in the group may not
be able to travel at 110 KPH. We hope to be in Ayer Kroh Melaka before
11.00 a.m.

Members who are attending and staying on in Melaka for the events on
Sunday Morning, please get in touch with Mr. Michael Sundram for your
room at Sri Malaysia in Ayer Kroh.

Please make sure that you are in benefit to be able to attend the AGM.
Members will be allowed into the Meeting Room only with the membership
card.
