Maine Juniors Looking for Referees for Tournament

Good Morning MSVBA’ers,

 

Maine Juniors is still looking for a couple of volunteers to R1 for a couple of hours this Sunday for an “in-house” 16s tournament at SMCC.  You do not need to be certified to do this but a good understanding of the rules would be preferred.  This is a great opportunity to strengthen your R1 skills and to give back to a game that has given so many of us so much.  This is a great learning opportunity for the youth that will one day be playing alongside many of us in the near future.

 

If you have a couple of hours to spare Sunday, whether first thing in the morning or in the afternoon please contact me at coachc...@gmail.com .  The tournament is expected to run from 8 to 6 so there should be plenty of opportunity.
