msvba 2009-10 opening meeting

On Sunday at 5:00, we will be conducting our first board meeting of the year at Gipper’s in Auburn.  At the meeting we will be discussing the upcoming indoor tournament schedule, the ratings committee planning, the 2009-10 budget planning, and we will also be voting on the new Board positions for President, VP, Treasurer, and Secretary. 

 

This meeting is open for everyone to attend (sorry…you need to buy your own beer and food).  Since this is opening day of football, we may have limited space, so I would ask that you let me know if you plan to attend so we can try to reserve as many seats as possible.  If the projected turnout is bigger than Gipper’s can accommodate, we may need to change the meeting to an alternate location (Margarita’s just up the road from Gipper’s).

 

Thanks everyone.  Hope you’ve had a great summer and are ready to play a little indoor ball!  First tournament is slated for October 11 at Bates College (C+ mens and womens), so mark your calendars!
