As we enter tax season, and a lot of us have finances at the top of our minds, we wanted to share more information about strategic giving options that will maximize your support for reasoning, science, and secular values. Below, here are a few giving options that can make a big difference: |

Gifts from your IRA: Donors 70 ½ or older can make tax-free charitable gifts to the Center for Inquiry. If you are over 73, these gifts can also satisfy a required minimum distribution.
- Appreciated stock or cryptocurrency donations: Donating appreciated assets helps you avoid capital gains taxes while deducting the full fair market value, so more of your gift goes to our cause.

Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) grants: If you've already set aside charitable funds in a DAF, directing a grant to CFI is a powerful way to support our mission.
