Hello MSUPC!

After the preliminary meeting tonight, we have some more organization, a plan and some great ideas for the school year.

We will have our first meeting of the semester NEXT TUESDAY (9/22/09) at 6PM. We will be meeting AT THE FOUNTAIN IN FRONT OF MAIN LIBRARY for a SHORT CAMPUS PHOTO WALK. The plan is to shoot the fountain, Beal Gardens, the Red Cedar and Beaumont Tower while meeting other members of the club. If you don't have a camera, you should still come, it is a great opportunity to get to know some others on campus interested in photography!!

Some of the ideas that we're hoping to do this semester include:

-field trips and photo outings

-comment and critique sessions

-photo assignments (meant to give suggestions and ideas for things to shoot)

-professional photographer speakers

-photoshop workshops

-art sale for fundraising

-anything else YOU GUYS want to do!!!
