I would like to schedule a meeting March 20 10:40 – 11:40 (at room 110 of Berkey Hall) to report what we did in the past two years and transfer the school leadership to our new leader Yue Qi.

Hello,

I am supposed to be the representative of the parents. Since now I have no students at the Chinese school, should I retire? But I can come to this meeting if needed.

Hi Dear members,

Thank you very much for the time!

Here are what discussed:

· Progress/updates of my term

o I will work with our Accountant to get financial reports (sorry: he actually had one for last three semesters so we just need one – hopefully early May)

o I will work with other team members to figure out how to select / award excellent teachers

· School Transition to Next Principal: Yue Qi

· Board responsibility: high level/strategical consultancy

· Board members transition

o Ding Qi, and Julie Jiang will resign; Julie can come back only when needed

o “Force” Zhinong Yan resign (He is abroad)

o Tina Zhuang will persuade Bin Gao to Join, and Qing Xia will persuade Kefei Yu to stay

o Xiaoping Li, please let us know what your decision is?

o Guangming He will join Tina Zhuang and Qing Xia

o Depending on Bin/Kefei/Xiaoping’s decision (Let’s wait for 2 weeks: deadline 4/17), we may recruit 2-3 members from parents…
