5月7日all-parent-meeting
There will be an all-parent-meeting in BH110 at 10:45AM this week (May 7th).
在5月7日的家长大会上， 我们校委会将对今年的工作，财政开支，做个总结，希望您来参加。
我们还需要一些为14日party帮忙的人, 希望能有志愿者来参加.
我们更需要爱中文学校的热心人加盟。我们的中文学校需要有人为它的发展，规划，运行，贡献力量。尽管大家都很忙，您的参与和努力能最直接的为孩子们的中文教育提供一个积极向上的良好环境。希望有志者加入校委会的行列。
5月14日End of School Party
Next week, after the class, we will head to Lake Lansing Park South for the End of School Party (12:30PM ~ 4PM, May 14th)
在最后一节课后，家长们接了孩子，就可以直接到Lake Lansing Park South来午餐。 我们将准备简单的中饭，饮料, 游戏. 让孩子们，老师们，家长们都放松一下。 学校准备的午饭以吃饱为主。鼓励大家带些食品，以便吃得更好。
Visit us http://www.msuchineseschool.org/ or Stop by Room 110, Berkey Hall, 10:30 - 12:20 (class time) every Sunday from Jan 10 - May 15 except of Feb 7, and Apr 3.

Hi Yue,
I will be at the parents meeting today. But I will be out of town from this Thursday until May 26. Will miss the board meeting if it’s scheduled for next week. Another option is to hold the board meeting in June.

Hi Yue,
Thank you for your hard work during this year. We will have a board meeting in Aug.
There might be a confusion of the school management team and the board. When did Hongli become a board member? What’s her last name? Is she a parent?
The board is mainly composed of retired principals and two parent representatives. We can make an announcement of the board members in August after the meeting.
