Interfaith Leadership
Tuesday, 2/11/14 at 7pm, Multicultural Center (Union, second floor)
How can you be a leader in a religious context? a secular context? How, as a leader, can you empower others around you keeping in mind their belief communities may differ widely? Are there specific leaders who have inspired you?
Interfaith is a movement that encourages people from all walks of life - religious, spiritual, secular, etc. - to come together in dialogue and activism to achieve common goals such as justice, love, and peace. By encouraging an open atmosphere, prejudices and discrimination can be stopped and prevented by revealing the individualistic diversity of all people, from all cultural backgrounds. In this discussion we combine dialogue with activities to break down social barriers and cultural perspectives to change our community and become better leaders

We just want to make new friends
