| Papers are invited for twin International Conferences on Advances in Building Sciences, and Rehabilitation and Restoration of Structures, to be held during February 13-16, 2013. |

The sub-themes of the conferences include: |
| Advances in Building Sciences - Building acoustics, Indoor environment, Building envelope technology, Enhancement of comfort & safety, Fire safety, Energy efficiency & Sustainable buildings. |
|
Program schedule will be sent to the registered delegates separately. |
|
Rehabilitation and Restoration of Structures - Experimental testing (in-situ, laboratory & NDT), New materials for repair, Numerical modelling, Seismic response and retrofit, Structural strengthening |
|
The venue of the conferences will be the Industrial Consultancy and Sponsored Research (IC&SR) Centre in IIT Madras, which is a residential campus with a forest-like setting. |

The conference web site is now in operation - www.btcm2013.iitm.ac.in - and will have all the details, registration information, programme and updates. |
| The papers will be peer-reviewed and selected papers will be in the proceedings to be brought out in book form, along with a CD for easy reference; both will be distributed at the conference. |
| The abstract deadline has been extended to October 15th 2012. Abstracts will be received online, reviewed by at least 3 experts and the decision will be conveyed to the authors at the end of October. |
