We are working on a large deployment and hiring IVR Connect Engineers.

 

Duration: 12months (initial contract of 12 months, will be extended every 12 months up to 36 months based on candidate's performance)

 

Responsibilities:

Design and implement solutions to improve our IVR infrastructure.

Maintain and improve the reliability and performance of our IVR infrastructure.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of applications.

Monitor and optimize the performance and cost of our IVR infrastructure.

Stay up to date with the latest IVR technologies and best practices.
