Hello MSstats team,
I am currently using MSstats+ on data processed with the latest version of DIA-NN. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions on which quality metric variables from the DIA-NN output could be useful to include in the anomaly score calculation.
Thanks in advance,
Luca

Hi Luca,
We've been using "Ms1ProfileCorr", "Evidence", and the delta retention time, which can be computed by computing the difference between the two columns: RT - PredictedRT. We've observed these metrics don't correlate too much with each other.
Thanks,
Tony
