MSStats+ "R.EmpiricalMS1Resolution"

Hi MSstats!

I was going over the example provided here to understand the Spectronaut output needed for MSStats+ here https://bioconductor.org/packages//release/bioc/vignettes/MSstats/inst/doc/MSstatsPlus.html 

I was able to find all the 61 columns indicated in "spectronaut_raw" in my Spectronaut version (version 20) except "R.EmpiricalMS1Resolution".

Is there a different name for that metric and is it even needed?

Hi Janice,

You won't need the `R.EmpiricalMS1Resolution` column.  The main columns that are important from Spectronaut are  FG.ShapeQualityScore (MS1), FG.ShapeQualityScore (MS2), and EG.DeltaRT
