Labeling specific proteins in a volcano plot

hello, 

I'm trying to just label certain proteins in my volcano plot, which some are significant and some are not. I'm having trouble setting the "which.Comparison" argument to successfully do this. Can anyone assist?

groupComparisonPlots(data = Skyline.result2, 

                     type = 'VolcanoPlot',

                     FCcutoff=2,

                     ylimUp = 15,

                     ylimDown = 0,

                     xlimUp = 10,

                     ProteinName = FALSE,

                     which.Comparison = all,
