Working with MSstats plus big

Hi everyone,

I am trying to use MSstats+ for very large datasets, but the converter step never completes. I also tried MSstats big, and I still have the same issue. Any tips and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Roneldine,

Could you elaborate on which converter you're using and how large your data file is?  I know we've made some recent changes for the MSstatsBig Spectronaut converter to prevent crashes and complete faster for the upcoming release.
