MSstats Converter for PEAKs

Dear MSstats team,

I'm trying to use MSstats to analyze my data, which is searched in PEAKs Studio(a database search software). However, I can't find a converter for PEAKs output in your github, is it possible to help me build a converter?

Attached files are simulated annotation and results using PEAKs format. All numbers in the files are randomly generated by R, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you need other information.

Hi Ding,

Thank you for providing the sample dataset to create the converter. As of now, I created a Github Issue to track this feature request, but I cannot provide a timeline yet on when this converter will be implemented.

If you end up writing a converter, I can review the code. I believe this Fragpipe converter provides a good template on how to write the converter code.
