dataProcess output

Hi everyone,

I am a bit confused.... I run the dataProcess after the conversion of my Spectronaut data, but at the end of the dataProcess, I do not obtain  the correct list of data.

I shoud obtain 5 objects in the output list  ("ProcessedData"     "RunlevelData"      "SummaryMethod"     "ModelQC"           "PredictBySurvival") as I learned during Meena's formation at the May institute.

But I obtained 3 objects in my list : "FeatureLevelData" "ProteinLevelData" "SummaryMethod" 

Therefore, If I continue the process, the next steps are not working.

Do you have any idea why?

Hi,

the output is correct. May Institute tutorial was based on previous release of MSstats. You can use the other function (plots and groupComparison) with this output
