Hi all,

I have a problem with protein summarization. I loaded a file of around 500mb to MSstatsShiny browser tab, which I ran from R. The file loads fine and normally shows a summary of the dataset.
However, as I try to run protein summarization, the progress stalls at around 12 % every time. The R tab is not responding any more. I have tried to run the file on 2 different computers with the same result.

One time, there was this error in R:
"Warning: the select input "qc-which" contains a large number of options; consider using server side".

I am fairly new to R, and I am not sure how to do these kinds of changes. Could someone explain how to avoid this crash?

Kr,
Jose

Hi,

Apologies for the delay as we recently finished teaching a short course these past 2 weeks.

Have you tried running the dataset on the MSstats package directly in R?  If you share your data, I could also take a look on my side to better diagnose the issue.

Tony
