Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer (Local Or Nearby)
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months contract
Note: The client prefers a local candidate in Alpharetta, GA if possible but this is not a hard requirement and is open for other locations if the candidate is good and can support EST hours
Description: Senior Developer
Works with a Lead with minimal supervision.
Primary Skills:- Oracle DB, PL/SQL, Unix, Toad or SQL Developer, Informatica, AWS knowledge is a plus.
Quickly understand and come up to speed with existing applications.
Understand new requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Analyze and design solutions for the new requirements.
Implement and test the changes in various stages and environments and all the way into production.
Develop adequate documentation of the design and changes, and socialize/review changes with peers.
Provide daily and weekly status updates on the tasks and projects assigned.
Troubleshoot and fix any production and non-production issues.
Provides expert advice where needed and mentors other developers
