SI amendment to Summer racing

[MSSA Commodore]

Attention racers, 

Due to positive fed back and further data gathering we are going to amend the SI's for the summer series. Condensing the start down to one start for the remainder of the season. 

Race committee should make note and try to make a larger start lines to accommodate the larger fleet at the start.
