It was great to see so many of you at last night's meeting, and thank you for RSVPing and paying last night.  If you have RSVP'd to the party on November 15th, but have not yet mailed your check or paid, please mail your check to PO box 291, Mount Sinai, NY 11766 ASAP.  We must pay the Country Club in advance.  Also, if you have not yet responded please take a moment to complete the form.


Thank you!  We must have your money in hand by October 20th (6 days from now).  After that we will know the exact size of our group to finalize our reservations with the Country Club.
