End of Year Awards and 50th Anniversary Celebration

Greetings MSSA!

The End of Year Awards and 50th Anniversary Celebration luncheon will be held at the Port Jefferson Country Club on November 15th from 1-4 pm this year.  We hope that you will be able to attend!  In order to reserve your spot, we must receive your payment before October 20th so that we may pay the catering hall.  The party includes dinner and dessert as well as soft drinks.  There will be a cash bar available.  The MSSA is able to subsidize part of the cost.  Members only pay $35.00 per person.  Non-member guests cost $70.00 per person.  Please fill out the RSVP form linked in this email.  If you plan to attend we will accept your cash or check at the October 13th MSSA meeting.  You may also mail your check to the Post Office Box, MSSA, PO Box 291, Mount Sinai, NY  11766.
