Navigator's Race Results - Amended

[Scoring]

Hello All,

Attached are amended results for the Late Summer Race #4 and the Overall
results. Thanks to those that pointed out the recording error.

The recording and scoring  of pursuit/jackrabbit races can be
difficult.  Because boat need to self report,  MSSA Scoring must wait
for all times to come in, and even then, times are sometime misreported.

It is helpful when boat report something like:  Boat A finish time:
20:03:23, Behind 'Boat X', ahead of 'Boat Y'.

Thank you to the competitors who help us sort out this last race.
