RC duties and the racing program

Please consider signing up for RC duty for our Monday night double handed races. Having a RC on station and running the races creates a fair race. Self starts are not a fair or equal race, and not how our program is run. It was suggested to make them self-starts, but I would rather remove them from the racing schedule if we do not have an RC assigned.

We still need our race marks painted, two bridge members will head down tonight at 530 to paint the marks. I will try to head down and help if I get home from work in time and can make it. This is more than a duty of the bridge, and it takes the whole club to make our racing program successful. Please consider coming down to help out, many hands make light work. 

Also if anyone has any interest in chairing the ACS regatta please let the bridge know. This is also not a duty of the bridge and unfortunately the regatta will not be held if we do not have anyone who would like to chair it.
