In Memory of Jeff Leiman

Dear MSSA Members,
It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of longtime Mount Sinai Sailing Association member Jeff Leiman, who passed away on Sunday, September 14th at the age of 82.
Jeff was a dedicated member of MSSA for over 30 years. He and his wonderful wife Sharon, married for 58 years, were a beloved and active part of our club. Together, they were a truly terrific couple—always kind, supportive, and ready to lend a hand.
Jeff and Sharon were especially known for their passionate support of the American Cancer Society Regatta, where they dedicated countless hours helping to raise funds for cancer research and support services. Their selfless work and commitment made a lasting impact on the success of the annual ACS Regatta.
Jeff will be remembered not only for his contributions to MSSA, but for his warm heart, his sense of humor, and the deep friendships he built over the years.
Our thoughts are with Sharon and the Leiman family during this time.
