Greetings!

We, JOSH- The Drama Club, JAMIA MILLIA ISLAMIA are organising a National Theater Festival "JOSH VIHANGAM" from 16th to 18th March,2016!

We invite your College/University/Institution to perform and represent your cultural heritage. We intent to create healthy environment for arts to prosper. We require your active participation and encourage for the noble endeavour.
Kindly register for the festival before 10th February instructions are given below:

• Interested Teams need to register for the festival before 10th February via email or post. They need to send script of the play and a short video of the performance along with Covering Letter undersigned by the University/Institution head.
• We will send confirmation by 15th February and in response concerned teams need to be reconfirm by 20th February.
• No Travel Allowance will be paid. However accommodation and food arrangement would be made by Jamia Millia Islamia.
•The concerned team will inform us on advance about number of participants, director and accompanied members for the accommodation preference.
• If any team backs out after 5th March then accommodation and other charges shall be refunded by the concerned university/institution.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

*Total no. of participants, both on and off stage, shall not exceed 20.
* Ten minutes each would be given to setup stage and dismantle it after the performance.
* Use of any kind of indecent language or gesture is STRICTLY Prohibited.
* No direct/indirect assault on ideology (religious or others) and no controversial issues shall be taken up.
*Our first preference could be to highlight folk and rich culture of India.
* performance duration should be between 45minutes to 1:00 hour.
