Sunil, 

Please post this to everybody from CSE 2011 batch.

• You have to come and register for the ceremony in the Apex Block 6th floor ( not sure abt the floor though). 
  
• Our dept office staff will be there. Collect your PDCs from them, no dues certificate is not required.  You will be given robes also. No dress code. use your discretion.
  
• This registration closes at 10.45 am. You have to be seated in the Apex Block auditorium by 11 am. 
  
• The ceremony starts at 11.15 am in the Apex Block Auditorium. 
  
• Nobody can enter the auditorium after the ceremony starts and until it ends, nobody can leave.  
  
• No speeches are allowed.
  
• Our dept rank-holders are Rishabh, Sowmya R, Siddhant Agarwal, Samartha T V. One of Sowmya's parents can collect her certificate on the dais. There are seats with individual names written for the rank-holders. Her father/mother can sit there with other rank-holders and when her name is called,  can go on the dais and collect her rank certificate. 
  
• For other students who cannot come for the graduation,  parents can come collect the PDC from the office staff. They can attend the ceremony if they want to.  
  
• The total duration of the function is 1.5 hrs. You will have lunch later. So it is only for half-a-day.
