Uploading Information Required to be submitted to the department

Hi!

This is with regard to the previous mail (from HoD with an attachment).

We need submit soft and hard copy of the details asked and a passport size photograph. Hard copy of Photograph to be submitted in person. 

'Defaulters will not be allowed to participate in Project Exhibition.' - HoD.

As it will be cumbersome for each and everyone of us to go give the copies in a pen drive, we have planned to collect the information required in the form and the passport size picture and submit it on your behalf. Interested people can fill the doc below and email the picture to the ID mentioned below.

For photograph,

According to madams in the office:

1. Submit most recent Passport size photo, hard & Soft copy (JPEG format only) (Note: both hard and soft copies must be of the same picture)

2. Rename the photograph you are uploading to your full name.

You can mail the soft copy of photo to following mail id, with "Passport Photo" as subject :

PS: 

1. If you have any issues sharing the above details, please submit     everything in person. Submitting it through us is NOT compulsory. 

2. Last date to submit through us - 28th.

    If you are submitting in person - 30th. :P

3. Forward it to anyone from class who isn't a part of the mailing list
