We are running a “Fundraiser” to help with the treatment of Sizan Alam, a 6 year old boy suffering from Blood Cancer.
Sizan Alam the only son of Rashid Alam, (a Hairdresser by profession), is suffering from Blood Cancer since 2011. He underwent several sessions of chemotherapy last year. Unfortunately, in December 2012, the cancer relapsed. This apparently happens in a few cases after chemotherapy.
Sizan is undergoing treatment at the Narayana Hrudyalaya Hospital and the doctors have advised a bone marrow transplant as the only option to save the child. The estimated cost of this treatment is Rs. 15,00,000/-.. Since Sizaan has no siblings, he needs a matching donor, as well, which will increase the expenses for his treatment.
