Phase error

Hi msprime community,

I am interested in simulating phase error at a rate of about 1 error per centimorgan. I only need this on one individual to start with. I am struggling to know how to modify the output tables to achieve? Can this be simulated by msprime?

Hi, Alice - this is a great question for the discussions on github,
where we're trying to move these things - mind posting it there? (I
think this can be achieved by some post-hoc manipulation of the
tables.)
