extension in date for submission of thesis

Dear Ghani

Hope all is well at your end. This is with reference to the final date of submission of thesis circulated via email by Ms. Salma from reg office. I just want to request through you foe extension of the date by 20th. Date for defence may accordingly be delayed till 28th. There are several reasons but important one is that we all would be busy with our families on Eid days and remaining in contact with supervisors is also difficult in last week just before eid for finalization .

Hope you would expedite to do the needful !
