Job Title: PEGA – PRPC

Location:  Houston,TX

Duration: Long Term

Job Discription - 

-We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in PEGA - PRPC to lead and manage projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to leverage PEGA technology to drive project success. This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate complex project landscapes and deliver results that align with business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery using PEGA - PRPC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide team members in project management and PEGA practices.

 

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in PEGA - PRPC, including application development and deployment.
• Proven project management knowledge, including methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and quality.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with additional PEGA frameworks and tools.
• Experience in managing projects in a client-facing environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
