Role: Business Analyst – HCM, Workday & HR Technology 

Location: Dallas, TX(Onsite)

Must have:

• Business Analyst supporting HCM and HR technology initiatives.
• Strong functional expertise in HR processes and Human Capital Management systems.
• Proven experience with Workday implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Hands-on experience with HR integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, and data transformation processes.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

JD:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Human Capital Management HCM, Workday, and HR integrations, who can lead HR technology transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will combine deep functional expertise with technical acumen and hands on exposure to AI and Agentic solutions, enabling modern, intelligent HR systems.
