Dear MSN Internet Access Member,

Thank you for subscribing to MSN Internet Access and for using Friends
Online. We're writing to tell you that it's time to upgrade your Friends
Online software to MSN Messenger Service.

Your Friends Online software will be upgraded automatically later in
February, but you don't have to wait until then. To upgrade now and
immediately begin taking advantage of the new features, visit the
following link and click the "Download the MSN Messenger Service Now"
button:

Whether you upgrade now or later, your Friends Online contacts will be
automatically moved to MSN Messenger Service so you can begin
communicating with them right away.

powerfully and efficiently than Friends Online. In addition to sending
and receiving instant messages, you'll enjoy:

IF YOU'VE ALREADY DOWNLOADED MSN MESSENGER SERVICE
You may have already downloaded MSN Messenger Service to your computer.
If this is the case, you will keep the current version of the software
and the contacts you set up.

If you haven't downloaded MSN Messenger Service by the time we
discontinue Friends Online, we will automatically upgrade your computer
to the new software and move your Friends Online contacts so you can
begin communicating with them right away. If you find that some of your
contacts are missing, it's probably because they are no longer MSN
Internet Access members.
